SGT. MAC FOUNDATION RIDE:

 

The Sgt. Mac Foundation is a  100% volunteer 501 ( c ) (3) non-profit organization formed to honor the           memory of our son, Marine Sgt. Eric McColley who was killed along with seven fellow Marines and two          Airmen when two Marine CH-53e helicopters collided off the coast of Djibouti, Africa on February 17, 2006.     Eric, like so many other servicemen and women gave his live doing what he loved, serving his country.

  We at the Sgt. Mac Foundation feel we are in a unique position. Having lost a son, we wish to make             ourselves available to those suffering the same loss. Parents will continue to suffer losses as long as there    are conflicts. It is our hope to aid these suffering families in any way possible. We hope that in addition to      providing aid, support and assistance, we will be able to ease the weight of their suffering by providing them    with the tools and information they need.
